How does one earn 20 points helping the community? And become a cs agent to earn points and money?

Is there a link and or process?

How and who approves points and money earned?

@dariovitale111 , you stated in your post that you want to become a CS_Agent to earn points & money, CS_Agents are Public Mobile’s Customer Support Agents (CS_Agents) that are employed by Public Mobile. So, yes you would need to apply for the job position to be hired as a CS_Agent so you can get paid for doing it! They don’t get points, they get paid an income for doing their job as a Public Mobile Employee. 🙂
