Account was suspended due to credit card mix-up as well. Please help as we have been with PM for several years.

You can pay and reactivate the account by purchasing a pm voucher and add it via 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering the 10 digit phone number. Info on pm vouchers and other forms of payment can be found here....
Once reactivated you can recieve the 2FA verification code via SMS text message to access the account. After updating the payment card info you can disable 2FA on the profile page in the account.

During the ticketing process for a forgotten password/Self Serve account access issues, you will be prompted to provide verification information. There's also a "can't verify" option that can be selected and you'll be asked by the ticketing system for your account PIN instead.

Try clearing your cache and go incognito to try getting into your account.
If still problems contact an agent.
