With a zone-based Canada-Wide Calling option from WIND or Mobilicity you are still restricted to a zone. So while you can call to anywhere in Canada at no extra cost, the call must be placed from your 'zone', and you will pay extra per minute if you are outside of this limited area.
Our Canada-wide plans are good anywhere in Canada where Public Mobile has coverage (up to 97% of the Canadian population). Even if you live in Nova Scotia and travel to British Columbia, you'll never see a long distance charge for domestic calls.

Public Mobile plans with Canada wide calling are good to go when you're calling FROM anywhere in Canada TO anywhere in Canada, as long as you're on the Public Mobile network (which as mentioned before is the Telus/Bell shared network).
No zones, no surprises!

You can look at Public Mobile's coverage area here:
https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/coverage
PM uses the Telus/Bell Network so anywhere that those networks have service so will PM
