And I can’t login to my account because it keep send the code the new number

what brand and model is your phone?
if the eSIM has not been installed successfully on any phone yet, try reboot the phone and reinstall once more time
if that does not work, message support for further assistance here

That’s the qr I received on email is not work getting this error as you can see on picture

@Barmod On computer check your welcome email from PM the QR code will be there and scan it with your phone and install it
