the e-sim is not compatible with my new cell phone , so I am getting a sim card , I registered already and also paid for a subcription but cant proceed to the next step , I get the message e-sim not compatible , how can I change that?

what brand and model is your phone?
if the eSIM has not been installed successfully on any phone yet, try reboot the phone and reinstall once more time
if that does not work, yes, you will need to get a physical some card first . You have this with you now? If so, please message support to ask them to process a sim card change for you. Message them here

I am assuming you subscribed a plan on the PM app. It looks like you completed step 1 (selecting a plan) and step 2 (select a SIM). Step 3 is for Review & Pay which you haven't completed yet so click on previous step to change the type of SIM.
