Help I cant figure out how to report a sim card hi jacking or sim swap or whatever. SOme one else is using my phone number and third party Authentication. I'm frantically trying notify banks and cards. How do I report to Public Mobile?

if you can still login PM app, you can buy eSIM again
if you cannot login, you will have to continue to work with PM agent to help

I believe my e-sim was compromised somehow. I have no service at all, However there is call history and sms history logged on the Public mobile app. I know for certain I was outside of the service area during the calls and sms messages. I have suspend3d the service and changed my password. I am concerned about where the calls were too. I'm looking for support to regain my service and investigate the nature of the calls and sms messges that were fraudulently placed.

Hi there,
No, I have no cellular service at all. I was out of the service area for about 24 hours. When I returned, I discovered a series of phone calls and text messages logged in the Public Mobile app while I was trouble shooting the issue. I believe my account was hacked and my E-sim was swapped or replaced fraudulently.

Are you getting calls from someone claiming someone called from your number?
If you do, your number was spoofed. Scammer are using your number to call others to hide their number.
