Thank you, I need help as i bought the subscription using an eSIM, but my phone is not compatible so bought a physical card but need a refund on the subscription to start over with the physical card unless i can get help to now switch the subscription using a physical card instead of eSIM. Credit card already charged but can’t get to my account to cancel and start again.
