I appreciate the response. All good now as I just needed to proceed to activate my new eSIM prescription and the optioned appeared to transfer

new activation? you were using browser to activate? you just made the payment?
you just complete half the activation. The next step is to download Public Mobile app and complete the rest of the step. you hve a chance to request porting. Just provide the account number of your old carrier.
