Where the hell am I supposed to find the payment button? Is there even one?
I've been paying in person for years, and I finally decided to make an account to pay online. How do I do that? Why is this feature so cryptic? What is this; 2004? I expect better than this amateur web design.

Easy paying on the website either by CC or vouchers under the Payment tab. You can also pay over the phone with CC or vouchers but you will need your PIN that you created. You can change the PIN under the Account tab.
Call 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC.

I appreciate the help, everyone, but I'm using a desktop computer. My celular phone does not have Internet access; no whistles & bells; just calls and texting; and that's the way I like it. So, no, I don't see the "apps". I was hoping I could pay through the website from my home computer.

Do others actually see the option to add funds with a credit card. I used to get that option and would add funds periodically but ever since the app updated a while back, that is not an option.

Are you paying on the PM app? Go to the Payment tab>Add Funds with Credit Card or Add Funds with Vouchers.

if you have Autopay enabled, you don't have to make manual payment ahead.
But if you really need to load fund first, please use this direct link
