How do I make a payment with a payment voucher through the automated phone service?

You can dial *611 from your device to make a payment.

From Main Menu of the automated phone service,

• Press 1 to make a payment 
• Press 1 again to make a payment using payment voucher
• Enter 12 digit payment voucher number

I'm sorry I didn't notice that you made that post which I ended up saying the exact same thing ... But I guess great minds think alike? 😉

If you read the paper top up voucher it will provide you with the instructions. But I will explain them here for you.

-Dial 611 from your mobile phone

- Press the #1 for the option to pay using a Public mobile top up voucher

-- press the #1 again

- dial your 12 digit top up pin number 

It will than inform you that your top up in the amount of whatever you applied has been successfully applied.
