@Heart1974 do you mean that you no longer have access to the email? Or that you can't log into your self service account? If you have access to the email account, try the forgot password link to get back into your self service account. If you no longer have access to the email, or you cant access it, contact the moderators. If the former, give them the email address that you would like your account associated with. If the latter ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. If both, ask them for all 2. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Has your self serve account ever worked?
Or did you recently join PM at a kiosk or retail store?
If you joined at a Kiosk or retail store. Most don't make your self serve account unless you request it. As you have to set up a password,etc.

Do you receive an error message or anything?
Is your account active? Can you dial 611?

If unable to reset password, you will likely need to contact moderator.
Click on question mark on right lower corner of website. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket to get moderator help.
