Please help! URGENT

Hi,

 

I received a text saying that my monthly payment did not go through, when I go to log on to my account online it says invalid password. Then when I try to reset my password it says - Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.

 

I had some issues initially setting up my account but thought it all went through as I got service but I think something is wrong. I'm not sure my account is fully verified.

 

Please help.

@dinoandreacola It is rare that they can't verify your email if you set up properly. Try forget password and check if you get an email in Junk folder.
