@jaroczerwinec dud you try the Reset Password option there? yiu can try to reset via email address, enter all your possible email address and see which one get you to Step 2
if you cannot reset it yourself, open ticket with PM support and they can help yo look up the email used and reset password

Thanks but I can t even log in because its showing me that I have either a wrong email or password...

Or, @jaroczerwinec , check back on emails when you activated with public mobile. There may be an activation email you received that should include the account number in the TO line of that email.

@jaroczerwinec You can use your regular browser mode to login to My Account, Profile page. The Account number is under My Account Info section:
