There should be a "New Promotion Code" box at the bottom.  Enter 2GBFiona and click Add

The free 2gb will only be allowed if your area code is in the Maritime provinces affected by Fiona.

@smoothbutter just log in to your account,  then go on plans and add on's,  go to the bottom of that page and in the promo box enter 2GBFiona and it should give you a message that it's now activated!
