I no longer need the service from Public Mobile, and would like to cancel my service. How do I do this online?

If you are going to another service and would like to bring your phone number with you, don't cancel your account yet. Your new service provider can port over your number to them. Once the port is complete, it automatically cancels your account. But you have to keep your Public Mobile account active until then. You will receive a text from PM asking permission to port. You must say YES. Once that's done and you no longer see Public Mobile as your service provider at the top of your phone, your no longer a PM customer. Easy as pie!

@RamiDhanoa You can port out number or you can turnoff auto pay or get support to remove credit card on file right away
Turn auto subscribe off/on
