How do I cancel my subscription

@brianfraser Just disable Pre-Authorized payments.   PM cannot take money to renew your service,  you plan will then be suspended.   90 days more, your account will be closed permanently

@brianfraser hi you can disable preauthoized payment in your self serve your account will go into suspended mode for 90 days and your account will close permanently

Or port out your number. That will automatically "cancel" the account.

- Disable autopay/pre-authorized payment

- Ask agent to Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.

Your account will be suspended due to no payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be deleted. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying to reactivate your account.

To stop service immediately, select lost/stolen phone.
