Hello! I was out of Canada for 2 months and just came back, unfortunately I lost my first SIM card, I have the second SIM card which was given by public mobile before. I never used it. I am trying to activate the new SIM card, how do I do it? Thank you!

@Vivian_1880 So are you trying to replace the sim for an existing account if so don’t activate it and just SIM card swap the number in your my account profile page . If you’re just trying to create a new account . You will need to use a different email then the one you used before

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
