@omg7vn , be sure to also check the APN settings on your phone and update as required.

There is no need for any url to activate data on your phone.
It is one of the icons with arrows up/down when you pull from the top of the screen (Android) or in a settings - Networks...
And you have to be connected to cell tower (to have mobile service) in order for data to work.
