Yes - have tried. sp.mb.com but it also has lines for username and password.
Did you try isp.mb.com?
There is a website that makes the correct APN for iPhones may work for iPads too! Once done you have to install the file.
Yup just did and again it momentarily connects to the internet and then again to "COULD NOT ACTIVATE CELLULAR DATA NETWORK ". What a bummer!

Yes - have tried. sp.mb.com but it also has lines for username and password. I just filled up my PM account username and password and for a moment or two I thought it worked . It connected to google and let me do a search and then back to NO SERVICE. 😣

Thanks - have done this but it still doesn't connect by PM data -- and it defaults to "manage Telus account". The strange thing is when borrow and install my wifes Bell Sim it works fine and it automatically updates to Bell Account. Have gone through this in the past with my personal iPad and it did randomly only work for a few minutes at a time. I have since sold it on Kijiji.

maybe it's a good idea to call bell and make sure it's unlocked before troubleshooting

You can also call Apple store to check whether it is locked or not. If it is locked, ask Apple store to unlocked it.
Yes it shows PM full bars - and correction to my post ---it connects to the internet by WIFi but not by PM Data. Please refer to my post updates.

Have just setup a new PM Sim account because of the ($30 total kick-back) and tried to use it in one of our never really used since brand new older model iPad2 bought from Bell. The Sim shows full bars and connects to our WIFI but won't connect to the internet. In the iPad's settings it defaults to Bell so I'm assuming that it may be locked to Bell but don't know how to unlock it. Any suggestions?
@BEER hi have you tried a network reset

If it is locked to Bell then you would need to contact them to unlock it.
