How can I view old phone record from one year ago?

I am needing to review some of my phone records from 2019. How may I do that?

@chihiropiano Yourself you can check up to 6 month. The rest, you need contact mods as they have all history.

go into self serve but you can only go back 6 months from looking at transaction history.

I am 99%sure that moderators do not have extra access than what is available in self serve.

Edit I just tried and it's only 90 days .

You can't. Check your phone device logs if you still have the same phone and never cleared it.

This is not possible at your end as system only allows for 90 days.

You can try contacting the moderators to ask them if they can assist you.
