How can I use my rewards to pay the plan

Hi @XinnuoLi you are on the new rewards plan??  With Public points , the reward will not be used to for payment automatically.   You have to manually convert them.  Once you have enough for 15 points, then you go to My Rewards site, look for $15 bill credit and use the points to "buy".  The credit will then add to your My Account within 2 days

Are you on old rewards program ($$) or points. To use points to pay a bill you have to collect at least 15 points = $15.

@XinnouLi Rewards are automatically posted to your account as credit. When the payment gets deducted (On autopay), it uses your credit first.
