Hello, 

 

I was told I will be extra 2 gb data once the 1 gb I enrolled for is completed as there was an offer. I don't see that happening.

Who "told" you this? Did you activate in a store a while ago? When did you sign up?

If offer is legitimate an you qualify for it, it will take few days to become active. It is not immediate.

@Mailtosrt Hi it takes up to 48 hours to show up in your account if longer then that
