Can't call Landlines

I have 3 phones with Public, and all are in good status, and active. None of them can call a landline, but they can call each other. Is there something wrong with service at the moment?

@XinnouLi Rewards are automatically posted to your account as credit. When the payment gets deducted (On autopay), it uses your credit first.

Landline is working fine, can call out or get a call no problem

All three phones are affected...In St. John's. No error code just goes to a fast busy signal. I don't have access to a non-PM phone
