How can I update my address

I'm trying to update my address to order a new sim card and I cannot check out. Keeps giving my invalid address 

My address is correct in the profile

This can be frustrating --- I have the same issue  3 moths later from my initial setup date --- on my profile was forced to use a relatives address that was accepted. 
Maybe you could buy one from Amazon but be careful, if you don’t have prime they may charge you for shipping.

You can also pick one up at a Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or for $10 or online from Canadian Cell Supplies for $5.

Order a SIM card from Public Mobile costs $10 and it takes sometimes more than 3 weeks to arrive, it’s better to order from Amazon for $5, or get it from Telus store for $10
