My credit card expired, I tried multiple times to log into my account but it would not recognize my email address even though correct, after several days and many attempt to reset my account I have finally been able to log in however it appears I may have created a new account as when I log in I cannot go to update my payment it is prompting me to pick a plan

The website has known cache issues. Try again tomorrow. Before you do, go into your browser settings and clear the cache history and cookies. Then restart your browser and try again. If you're still having issues, reach out to a CS Agent.
