I can't find a way to downgrade my plan. I have been on the $26 plan for 3 months now and only use a tiny fractino of the available data available, and even if I was on the cheapest $19, it would still be <10% for my most active month. How can I downgrade? If it's not possible I will obviously just transfer to another provider; Surely Public Mobile wouldn't want this? Is there a way for me to contact them without the useless AI chatbot?

If you open the app now on your phone, you'll end up on the Overview page. about 3/4 down you'll see Manage Subscription (click on it), then 3/4 down you'll see Change Subscription (click on it) and then scroll down to the very bottom. What is the cheapest plan on that list?

You’ll need to port out to a different provider as Public Mobile won’t allow anyone to downgrade to a $19 entry level plan
Downgrades are sometimes possible from expensive to moderate rate plans ($39 to $27 in my case) but virtually impossible to anything less than $20 anymore

You have is to look at the plans available to you when you log in to your account. If you have a $26 plan now...there likely isn't going to be options to lower your plan.
added...I've even asked Customer Support for cheaper plan for myself but no help.

@ASsh21 - Well, you would most likely have to transfer over to a different provider for a month (i.e. Lucky, PC mobile, etc.). Unless you receive an SMS from Public Mobile, or an offer on the website / app within My Account, there is no way to do it.
