Hi Winsdy,
In short, you can't. Public mobile is a self-serve mobility company that only has an online self-serve hub that you can do most things with.
That being said, there are no physical employees that are able to help, and even if you were to contact the umbrella company that owns Public Mobile (Telus), they wouldn't be able to serve you as they have no access to your information or accounts.

To contact support, just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
