Thanks for the response.
I accessed the account on the Public Mobile app, but it sent the code to the phone no (the sim card is outside Canada ) to grant full access to the account. Of course, I could not receive the code as the simcard is outside Canada. Do we have any other solution ?

hi @Chuong1 you can still try to login and choose email to receive 2FA. click Didn't receive code or Resend code and Send email. After you logged in, go to Payment -> Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed
if you still cannot login, ask support agent to remove the credit card. Message them here

Using your app,
Click Subcription -> Manage Subcription -> Subcription Renewal (Active) -> Unsubcribe.
Remember your number will not be available after 90 days if you don't resubscribe
