first try to send YES2 to shorcode 4911

if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good

if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you. 

Please  open a ticket via Chatbot for PM Support :

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

I have not received this holiday promotion text yet. I am not sure if I have unsubscribed to Public Mobile marketing texts. What can I do to get this promotion?

if you got the sms , then just send YES2 to shortcode 4911 and it will work the same

@Cara2 , look for a text coming from 4911.  One last thing, have you ever unsubscribed to Public Mobile marketing texts?  That could block receipt of these offers.

The text message is being sent out to existing customers until December 15 in batches.  And you'll have to reply to it by December 31 to get your free holiday gifts.
