I want to get the holiday promotion but am running out of time to get a password reset before the promotion expires. Could the promo be extended a few days?
I didn't find my last password reset message before it expired so can't access self serve yet.

Normally Holiday promotions doesn't last longer. Current Holiday promotions are 1 GB Data and 400 Mins International Calling.
You can try to rest your password quick in order to avail this offer during this holiday season.
