Hello,

 

I'm still waiting for this to be added to my account and I messaged a mod three weeks ago, but never got a response. How can I proceed from now? Thank you for your help!

You will have to send them private message as advised by @softech. Ticketing systems does not work properly, yet.

From my experience, CSA replies withing 1-2 hours and they did reply every time I requested assistance.

@BKNS27 The glitch might have been fix.  PM took down that warning about Simon.  I also opened another ticket the other day  without issue.

There was a glitch on the SIMon chat button so it might be quicker to ask on the private message (envelope icon).

On the Announcement Section, PM staff announced that they completed all Holiday Rewards.

You need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on private message for them to look into it for you.

@sc2021   Did you check the Community inbox, envelope icon on top right?  PM support will communicate and work with you via messaging there.  

 

If there is really no update, please open ticket with PM Support once more.  Again, these are the 2 ways to open ticket with PM : 

 


1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

The customer support agents are the only people who can help you with this. Please send CS_Agent another message.
