I had unused bonus data and minutes from last year 2021, shouldn't I see the ones for this year too?

To see them in your account, you'll have to login to your account using a browser in incognito or private mode.  Just try again.

Yes, you should see 2 new gifts on your account and you should get confirmation SMS from PM when gifts are added.

@jshals   Use incognito/private mode to login as you're probably viewing cached page.  The gifts have been added within minutes of responding to the text.
