I hit STOP on a texts offer by mistake. Could I please be added back to receive them?

My experiences have been that last year's text message about free add-ons were still received by customers who have opted out of marketing text messages.

OK @baize  & @Debby

Then contact the CSA's and ask that you be re-instated to Public Mobile marketing and SMS promotions.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or,
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I had the same problem and I did this, but your suggestions didn't work.  START gave me the message that it was an invalid response.  YES2 said I've already reached the maximum number of purchases allowed.

Reply again to the same text number,  START

If the number is 4911, try YES2  to see if you get a reply.
