@celayagto On the off chance you still have these... you can also find the PIN in an SMS on your phone. It would be one of the original messages. Take a quick look.
If you don't, then do as @Cyber suggests. What do you want the PIN for anyways? Hopefully to just make some account changes and not port out Let me know either way. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but for a Community Moderator like myself... I thrive off asking question.

You can reset your PIN code by sending an email to Public Mobile.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Passwords"
- Choose "I need to reset my PIN"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent of Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.
