i can't remember my pin code for the account and having hard time to reset that i don';t have access to my account online either

Hey back!
Clear cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser then enter your email address and click on Forgot Password. Once you are in your account, go to Profile>My Security Info>PIN

@lillabet47 - well, you can reset if in your My Account. So lets get you in My Account.
Try opening another browser or a tab in incognito mode incase you are experiencing a cache issue with the site.
If having issues with your password, use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.
You can submit a ticket here to customer support if all else fails: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

@lillabet47 you can easily reset PIN if you have access to My Account
Yes, you have trouble logging into My Account at the moment
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

@lillabet47 Did you sign up in store awhile back and not create a my account if so you need support help to create account and regain access to it
