Awe, you are in the USA trying to use roaming addons @Bethany23 .

 

There is an issue if the Roaming addon is still on the 15/15 day mark and not fully expired yet. Also there is a silly extra buffer that you cannot buy the same addon again until another 12-24 hours after it's full 360 hour expiry.

 

Load funds to your account, if you haven't already done so, and ask CSA to add the addon you want, get the addon active now for you.

@Bethany23 - addons only work if your account status is Active. Is your account in Active status? If not, make a manual payment and reactivate your account.

 

Otherwise, more details would be very helpful here for others to help you.

hey, give us more info. What addon did you get?  data addon? roaming addon? LD minutes?

 

first thing to try , reboot your phone

and login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if you see the addon you purchased showing there.  Also, check Payment history to confirm you see the transaction there
