PM has no "chat with customer service". Here, the PM Community Forum is the first line to answer your questions. Unless it's an account related issue, there's always someone here to help...AND...you don't have to wait or speak to someone off-shore.
If it's account related we'll give you coaching and a link to reach someone who can help.

Or, if you meant messaging Public Mobile staff then there are supposed to be TWO WAYS to contact them:
1-scroll down to the bottom of the community to select the CHATBOT, OR you can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, and in the “Start your Search here” box type 'customer support agent' for Contacting a Customer Support Agent (CSA) through CHATBOT with Public Mobile.
2-Or, contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a PRIVATE MESSAGE to start a ticket to them here: Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA) EDIT(@softech also provided this method above as CHATBOT has been hit and miss since latest upgrades)
