Hi is There a faster way to get help?i activated my sims card and transfered my # but my card doesnt work so i have no service but the payment worked and they cancelled my other cell service so now im stuck no phone until they contact me

@2009   so, it is not connecting to PM network at all?

What kind of phone do you have?

 

but it sounds like a sim card provisioning issue.  No worry, easy and quick fix for PM support, you just need to open ticket to engage them:

 

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

do you see Public Mobile as network ?

Try sim in a different unlocked phone.

Dial 611 from that phone...what does it tell you about your PM acct ?
