Just reavtive my serivce and buy a new sim card and now it say emergency call and now unregistered sim card and it band new last nit3

You have to sign into your self serve account and register your sim card there in order to activate it. You can't just put a new sim card that you just bought into the phone and expect it to work. Public Mobile doesn't register your service to your device, they register to the sim card in your device.

when you log into your sons self serve account what does it say?
Did you do the sim number change in self serve?
Can you post screen shots of overview and payment history pages?

can you in point form explain
- what happened
- what does not work, what works where
- what you have done
from piecing together the conversation
- your son lost his phone so you bought
- you now have two sim cards yours sim1 and your son's sim 2
- and two phones s4 and a5
- sim1(yours) works in s4, sim1 works in a5?
- sim2 (son) does not work in any phone
silly question but did you loginto selfserve and do a sim number update? do the last sim numbers in selfserve match your sim
