I would like to pay my plan ,but they send me a verification code on my old email account I don’t even have access with it, please I would like to give a new email account to pay may bill. Thank you.

You will need to contact customer support to change your email. You may find it easier to pay and reactivate your plan via 611. If you know your four digit account pin number you can pay with the credit card you have registered to your account. If you don't know your four digit account pin you can still pay and reactivate your plan by purchasing a public mobile voucher. Then call 611 and press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN # from your voucher.

Once you reactivate your plan you can then get the verification code sent via text message. Once you access your account you can disable the 2FA in your profile.
Then contact customer support with a new email that you want to change your self serve account to..... You can then choose if you wish to enable 2FA verification again.
