Someone stolen my phone and then port out my number and now I have a new sim card and phone could I get back my same plan for free and my balance I had

You probably need a new account name. I think names like this has bad luck. you should change it. Bad luck follow this name.
To change username on Community, you need to open a ticket with PM:

So if your iPhone 8 was the stolen phone....did the thief use face recognition or your pass code. You can erase your phone by using Find My iPhone. And basically your phone is semi useless as it will be iCloud locked.

You got your phone stolen.. they port your number away. .they could do more damaging thing from here. Report to the police.
Afterall, you do need to police report to make a stronger case for PM to do something for you.. Report to police now.

@Sarahmulder289 you probably want to open a ticket with PM and see what they suggest you to do. Maybe they can reverse the port and reactivate on your old account. But really depends if you can show PM that that port wasn't initiate by you.
Also, did you report to the police? since the number was ported over to another provider, they might need proof (police report) to reverse the port .

@Sarahmulder289, you come in here every couple of months with very similar stories. T he last time it was you didn't get your phone that you ordered from PM, but Canada Post said it was delivered. You were looking for free service there as well. There are many Sarahmulder accounts here and a few Crystalholtby's and we have seen very similar stories between those accounts.

I truly feel bad for you and hope CS can work something out for you.
It's obviously too late to offer this reminder, but if it ever happens again that you misplace your phone, immediately log in to your account and Suspend the service (Lost/Stolen). Don't wait and think maybe the phone will turn up somehow, criminals are extremely fast these days.

What kind of phone was stolen from you?
How would they (the thief or finder) know any other information about your account details other than your phone number, that is needed to port your number?
Perhaps you should contract a CSA and see what information was passed to PM for them to feel confident that the port request was legitimate.
