I cannot make calls or texts
Public mobile is appearing at the top I have three bars but can't call or text

HI SIR, try to take out your sim and put it back again, i think it will help. if it is not, you can try do make your phone setting to default

you won't receive a response right away. it isn't an instant chat method
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

No it doesn't. Did you try the suggestion earlier from Triguy? Another idea is to manually pay in a $1 and then restart the phone. I know these ideas sound odd but they've been known to get things going.

@Tricia2 : When you logged in what did the status say? Active? Plan Expired?
There's no number in this provider. It's all online messaging. If you get an email from here don't reply to it. Log back into this community and click the little envelope in the upper right by your test tube avatar and then click on the subject line of the message to open it fully.

Ive also tried switch sims with my phone and hers and it's doing the same thing in my phone, I've opened a ticket , have no response, and can not find a service number to call 🤦🏼♀️

Login to your account and click Change SIM. Note the last 4 digits of your registered SIM card, then remove the SIM from your phone. Do they match?

If yes then use the Change SIM function to take note of the last 4 digits of your registered SIM #. Then look at your actual SIM in your phone. Are they the same?

Switch the SIM into another phone to see if its the phone or a SIM problem. If its the phone reset your network settings and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.
If its the SIM try the lost/ stolen trick to reset your service.
From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.
