How do I get help from someone in this company to check my data usage and help me.
I have tried all things and my data is used.
I have not used it but it is gone.
My data only adds up to about 6 gb and all 15 is gone.

Yup, it's possible it's a data block the user or the manufacturer set on the phone itself.
OP, have you logged into your account to validate that you have no data left?

@Jamesbenoit99 first, PM is running on 30 days cycle and not monthly, so cycle start date keeps changing. Did you start counting data use from the correct date?
Also, how much data showing used on Overview page? 15 GB? how about the sum up using Usage history page? Just 6GB? Again, you counted from the correct cycle start date?
next, are you on Android? if so, check your data usage page there. Similarly, change the cycle start date on that page to match your PM cycle start date
