accidentally changed my subscription to something that doesn’t have USA 5G coverage Id like to change back. This was a mistake. Can you please help me

Once you switch plan, you may not be edible to switch back. The plans you can switch to is in Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription.
Not sure if a CS_Agent can help you switch back to your old plan but please let us know if they can do it for you.

Every time you change plan 'NOW' you will be charged price for new plan.
You can open a Ticket ask agent to help you out, particularly if you did plan change today.
Otherwise if you want to go back to old plan you had AND it is still available when you log in to your account, you will have to live with it for 30 days and do Schedule plan change on next renewal.

if you just changed it today, maybe PM can help
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
