The self serve accounts have a caching problem. Try clearing your browser and close it. Reboot your device. Then log in using secret/incognito mode. You should then see an updated version of your account with your redeemed 1gb data add ons. Point redemptions are normally almost instantaneous in your account but pm does say they could take up to 48 hours. I think this refers to the delay when a new points account is set up and less so to do with redemptions.
As @pmbc has suggested if you see the redemptions in your point rewards account's redemption history but not in your self serve account once you have logged in using secret/incognito mode then follow their instructions on how to contact customer support.
You may find the following thread about the Public Points program helpful for reference. Please feel free to add any personal observations about the points program to the thread as many regular community members are on the old $$ rewards program and do not have personal experience earning or redeeming points.

@Betty5050 Do you see the transaction completed in the activity screen of your rewards portal? If yes and it doesn't show as an addon then you might need to contact the CS Agent.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

I brought data with my reward points but never received this has happened two times...

HI @Betty5050 you meant how to use Mobile Data?
Make sure your Mobile Data is toggled on and that is all your need.
But what plan do you have ? If you have plan without much Data, you might want to toggle it off when you don't need it, just in case
