I rarely use the community and forgot to update my new credit card and now have no phone - but have messaging.
I need to get into my account . Need help asap!!!

Surely customer support has responded to your ticket by now.....but for future reference and in case your issue or a portion of it also involves the inability to recieve the 2FA code via your email (the only option if your account services are suspended) you can pay by pm voucher via the 611/IVR system or calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number (although some customers are having an issue accessing this service right now).
Personally I have disabled 2FA on my accounts as I find it a giant pain in the hip every time I want to log in. Here is info on additional methods of payment for your pm service.

Make note of your email and password once the CS_Agent respond to your problem so you won’t run into the same problem in 4 years.😜

And you said your text still working and just not voice? is that iMesaage or traditional SMS?? Is Mobile data working?

Still driving me crazy to try to access my account via some sort of private message. I cant help but feel that ill get a notice from blockbuster about my overdue vhs tape from 2005 before i get the private message return email...
Still waiting but...I got a ticket!!! guess-I have to be patient. I suppose thats what its like with only internet support...got to get used to it...

To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:
Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
