I have an ESIM with public. My current phone got damaged and not turning on. So I got a new phone with a different carrier. And now they want to port my current number to the new carrier. now I need help with this.

Once you click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code you will have these options:
If you still can’t login to your account. You need to contact a CS_Agent for help but have your credentials ready to reply back.

If you click on didn't get the code, you can have it sent to your email address or voicemail and you'll just have to call it.
If you don't have those options, contact customer service to reset things.

You'll need to download the Public Mobile app on your new phone, sign into your account, then purchase a new eSIM (it will be free, don't worry) and then with your new service provider, you can make the port request and then you'll get it with the new eSIM installed. Easy as that.
