Hello,
I have 4 phone numbers that I manage for my immediate family members. One number I wanted to change to 4G 6GB 45$ plan at renewal date which is today. I was charged and credited 5$ which is the difference from the previous account plan and credited but remain on 3G 5GB service. Was hoping to speak with someone about this but am unable to submit a ticket. Tks for help.

I put in the request to change to the 45$ plan on my renewal date which is today and it didn’t switch plans. It charged me for the new plan and kept me on the 40$ plan and credited my account 5$.

If you can’t create a ticket, the other option is to private message (envelope icon above) a CS_Agent on this Community and explain your issue.

Can you elaborate what you mean you're on the old plan but the system changed to the new plan? Go into your Self Serve account and whatever plan it says there is the plan tthat you're on. The 48 hours is from the time the plan was actually changed for the faster speeds.

The LTE spesd won't change until 48 hours later.
