Is it prepaid or post?  For prepaid private message Moderator_Team via the envelope icon top right of your post and ask for assistance because only the moderators can port it over.  For postpaid you can do the port in yourself in your self serve account.

Hearing back from the moderators can be anywhere from 2 to 48 hours, so you might have a bit of wait.
