Help setting up voicemail

Hi just joined and can’t get voice mail to work , I tried to hold the number 1 down and it gives me an error. Is there anyone who could help me with this? Thanks , Andrew

hi @Dake try to reboot your phone couple time (with 5 mins in between) and the voicemail number should got pushed down

if not, go to dial, settings, look for Voicemail number and manually enter the number
